According to the different use occasions, the valve core of the dome valve adopts different materials, different hardening methods on the surface, and the smooth and hard surface of the valve core can ensure good close contact with the rubber seal ring to ensure the reliability of the seal. Rubber seals are made of special rubber, which have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance and long service life. When the valve is opened, the full flow of the inlet and outlet is unimpeded.

Key Points of Installation and Use

1. Read this instruction carefully before installation, and check valve type, size and technical parameters.

2. Do not open valve V until compressed air is discharged.

3. Water and wet materials are strictly prohibited from entering the valve.

4. It is strictly forbidden to Weld flanges after installing valves in order to avoid damaging valve sealing rings. The valve installation distance reserved by the pipeline should be appropriate, and gaskets should be added on both sides of the flange.

5. The center of the two pipelines and the center of the valve diameter should be coaxial, the flange surface should be flat, and the flange surface should not be allowed to have a larger deviation, so as to ensure the clamping and normal operation of the valve. Tightening bolts should be symmetrical.

6. Regularly inspect the working conditions of dome valves, and timely and correct handling and removal of abnormal conditions.

7. When lifting, installing, operating, debugging and maintaining, other relevant safety operating rules should be met at the same time.

8. The valve has been adjusted and tested dynamically before leaving the factory, and the air passage has been connected well.
