Scope of Use
It is suitable for opening and closing the inlet and outlet of gas and slag in dry ash systems at power plants, and also applicable for opening and closing pipelines carrying abrasive, corrosive media, powders, flue gases, and other such media in industries such as mining, steel, papermaking, and petrochemicals.
Installation and Usage Tips
1. Before installation, carefully read these instructions and verify the valve model, nominal diameter, and technical specifications.
2. Welding flanges immediately after installing valves is strictly prohibited. The installation distance for valves pre-reserved in the pipeline should be appropriate, and gaskets must be added on both sides of the flange.
3. The centers of the two pipelines and the center of the valve’s bore should be coaxial, and the flange surfaces must be flat. Significant deviations in the flange surfaces are not permitted to ensure proper clamping and normal operation of the valve. When tightening the bolts, ensure that the tightening is uniform and symmetrical.

3. For the special operating conditions of coal-cinder conveyance, the valve seat is designed with a sloped interior surface to prevent coal cinders from accumulating and facilitate valve closure. The lower valve disc is designed in a strip-like shape to enable the valve to open fully.
