Product Overview
The RDV rotary disc gate valve operates by rotating the valve disc via a rotating shaft, ensuring that the valve’s opening and closing motion is rotational. The piston rod of the pneumatic actuator does not come into direct contact with the medium, thereby extending the actuator’s service life. The sealing pair is made of wear-resistant materials such as hard metals and ceramics, which offer excellent mechanical and wear resistance properties. This addresses the issue of sealing surfaces being easily eroded by material abrasion and having a short service life, resulting in a significantly longer operational lifespan. Consequently, the valve delivers ideal performance and economic benefits to users, facilitates equipment maintenance and operational adjustments, and markedly enhances the overall safety and cost-effectiveness of system operation.

Installation and Usage Tips
1. Before installation, carefully read this instruction manual and verify the valve model, nominal diameter, and technical specifications.
2. Welding flanges immediately after installing valves is strictly prohibited. The installation distance for valves pre-reserved in the pipeline should be appropriate, and gaskets must be added on both sides of the flange.
3. The centers of the two pipelines and the center of the valve’s bore should be coaxial, and the flange surfaces must be flat. Significant deviations in the flange surfaces are not permitted to ensure proper clamping and normal operation of the valve. When tightening the bolts, ensure that the tightening is uniform and symmetrical.
