The Z644Tc ceramic double-disc gate valve features a dual-disc design and utilizes a high-grade, toughened structural ceramic manufactured with nanotechnology for its sealing elements. Its practical performance far exceeds that of conventional structural ceramics and wear-resistant materials such as cemented carbides, effectively addressing the issue of sealing surfaces being easily eroded by material abrasion and having a short service life. The service life of this valve is 5 to 10 times longer—or even significantly longer—than that of valves made from ordinary materials, delivering users ideal operational performance and economic benefits. The Z644HC double-disc gate valve was developed and successfully manufactured through years of effort by relevant researchers, drawing on the valve technology of Australia’s “Armstrong” company. This valve features a dual-disc design, and its sealing elements are made of wear-resistant metal.
Scope of Use
Suitable for inlet and outlet valves in dry ash handling systems of thermal power plants, these valves are also applicable to pipelines in industries such as mining, iron and steel, papermaking, petrochemicals, and others where media are abrasive, corrosive, powdery, or include flue gases.

Installation and Usage Tips
1. Before installation, carefully read this instruction manual and verify the valve model, nominal diameter, and technical specifications.
2. Welding onto flanges immediately after installing valves is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the valve’s sealing ring. The installation distance for valves pre-reserved in the pipeline should be appropriate, and gaskets must be added on both sides of the flange.
3. The centers of the two pipelines and the center of the valve’s bore should be coaxial, and the flange surfaces must be flat. Significant deviations in the flange surfaces are not permitted to ensure proper clamping and normal operation of the valve. When tightening the bolts, ensure that the tightening is uniform and symmetrical.
