Product Overview
On one side, the valve disc features an innovative perforated design that results in low actuation torque and prevents any jamming or seizing within the valve cavity. On the other side, the valve disc employs a single-sided seal made of hard alloy, offering excellent wear resistance, superior sealing performance, and a long service life.
Working principle
When the air supply enters through the upper inlet port, the cylinder rod drives the valve disc to move downward, closing the valve. When the air supply enters through the lower inlet port, the cylinder rod drives the valve disc to move upward, opening the valve. A spring is loaded between the valve disc and the sealing ring; the spring force constantly presses the valve disc against the sealing ring while allowing the valve disc to move vertically up and down. This design helps compensate for thermal expansion and contraction of the valve components and effectively counteracts the impact of any changes in back pressure on the seal, as well as preventing particulate media from entering between the two sealing surfaces. During the opening and closing process, the valve disc can rotate on its own, creating a grinding and polishing action between the sealing surfaces. Moreover, due to the eccentricity of the valve body relative to the flow passage, when the valve is opened to discharge material, a vortex is generated. The resulting material vortex automatically cleans the interior cavity of the valve. All these features contribute to an exceptionally long service life of the valve, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of your system.
